New PC issue: no video output detected, COU light appears red. (Functions operated properly about a month ago)
So I upgraded my recent semi 5800x / B550 to a 7800x3d / B650 / 6950xt.
With the leftover components, I acquired a new case and power supply, and put my old 1070 out of storage to create a “streaming PC” or repurpose my existing parts.
My PC functioned properly before the upgrade. I actually removed the motherboard, RAM, and CPU from my main system about a month ago, around December 4th.
Now, with the upgraded build using old parts, there’s no video output. The CPU light stays red, while everything else lights up.
I’ve already tried CMOS reset, removing and reinstalling everything, swapped out coolers, updated BIOS and flash memory. I even used my old B350 motherboard, but it still showed the RAM light instead of the CPU light. Even after being in storage for four years, it didn’t work.
I really hope this setup will finally function. This was the only build I thought I could get working before. Since it was operational a month ago, this is the only one I’ve managed to bring back to life among the ten I’ve built.
Confused about this one.

Aprivia ATX P700 (600w) power supply
Samsung SSD 1TB drive
Seagate HDD 2TB storage
System starts up and operates normally, but draws around 350 watts.
