I recently purchased this PC and have noticed occasional display jittering, though it usually occurs briefly (about a minute). This happens regardless of activity—whether browsing Chrome, watching videos, or using File Explorer. It seems the system is under more strain than necessary, even though actual usage isn’t heavy.

The display driver is up to date, and has been refreshed twice. When trying to connect via Chrome Remote Desktop from other devices or a mobile phone, the screen flashes and emits a beep, preventing normal use. Diagnostic tools like Windows Memory Diagnostic and Intel Processor Diagnostic show no problems.

I turned off graphics acceleration in Chrome, but it didn’t resolve the remote desktop issue.

P.S. The only software installed is basic, and I’m using the PC mainly as a media device connected to a large TV.

I changed the HDMI cable and connected it to a different port on the TV. Other PCs connected to the same TV don’t have these problems.

I managed to convince myself it wasn't BIOS-related, even though I knew an update might be available on the manufacturer's site. The model is confirmed as a P2, so I retrieved the matching BIOS files. After unpacking, I double-clicked f.bat. The system displayed an error saying "ROM file information does not match system BIOS error," suggesting I downloaded the wrong model despite being a P2. Do you have any idea what might be going wrong?

It might be another P2 version, your setup is P2 Lite. You can also try using a fpt.bat file. Would you like to return the product?

The issue is that in the drivers section it says "P2/P2 lite," but under BIOS it just shows "P2."
Just wondering what the RMA process is—since I think it's about returning an item (is it really American slang?).
I bought from Amazon, so it should be straightforward to return. Thanks!
