I'm setting up my friend's PC with the latest components, but it's not showing any image. I managed to get it running with his GPU (1060) and had Windows plus GeForce installed, yet the Gigabyte 3060 didn't work either. I sent him a replacement, but still nothing appears. I've checked the BIOS for PCIe 3.0 compatibility or a new HMDI cable, but I'm not sure what to do next.

Upgrade the motherboard BIOS with the latest release using the 1060 installation. After completing the update, restart the system and test again.

I refreshed it with the method excluding the BIOS CPU, ensuring it stays current. I wonder if further adjustments are necessary.

Unless you're connecting via a PCIe riser cable, the standard BIOS settings should suffice. It only fails when attempting to pair a Gen 3 riser with a Gen 4 board and GPU.

Performing a CMOS reset is acceptable; you don’t need to adjust any settings—the standard configuration will suffice. Run a CMOS reset and test it once more.

No changes made to settings, just a recent BIOS update.

I attempted to install the new GPU, but it doesn't show any image there.
