Hello. I assembled a new PC using parts from my old Dell and some newer components. The case is lighting up, but the GPU, CPU, and case fans are all running—yet the monitor doesn’t work. I’ve tested HDMI, the monitor cable, and even a new monitor, but nothing. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/ The build notes that the 2 x 4GB 12800 RAM boards aren’t included.

I meant the connection, not the machine. I verified the processor is properly connected. Swapped the BIOS battery since the board was outdated, and reinserted the RAM. Tested various HDMI cables and monitors—nothing worked.
