Hi everyone, I recently built a brand-new PC about a week ago, and I've hit an issue twice in the last two days. It happened while watching TV and then while browsing Twitch after gaming. I'm not sure if it's because of what I'm doing or just luck. Here is what happens: The screen suddenly freezes, my Bluetooth headphones cut off, then the screen goes black with "No signal." The PC keeps running—fans spin, lights on the motherboard stay on—but the monitor won't reconnect. To fix it, I have to force a restart. Has anyone else seen this or know why? Here is my full build: https://sk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Bgp4wY

I checked my Reliability Monitor and saw some error messages that could be causing screen freezes. I attached a picture of the monitor on Imgur (the picture is in Slovak): https://imgur.com/a/hYCxTxB You can also see a photo of the folder contents, but there are no files inside the minidump folder. I don't know which file might help figure this out. If you need me to translate anything from the screenshots, just say the word and I will do that for you.

I just added a .dmp file from the folder where I took my screen shot. I'm not exactly sure what I should be looking at there yet. Check out this link for more details: https://imgur.com/a/FHUj9Q2. You can also view it here: https://imgur.com/a/FHUj9Q2

The issues started on April 11th (which is 4/2025). Please take a screenshot and post it, or make sure to write in English. Also check if there were any updates that might have caused those warning messages.

Sorry for the late reply. On the evening of April 14th, I tried uninstalling the GPU driver using AMD Cleanup Utility in Safe Mode. On April 15th, I used the PC mostly for gaming – everything worked without any issues. Today (April 16th), I didn’t game at all, I was just watching a YouTube video, and the same issue happened again. Here’s a more detailed description of what exactly happens: The video freezes, then after a few seconds my Bluetooth headphones disconnect, the screen goes black and the monitor says "no signal". Meanwhile, the headphones reconnect. If I click with the mouse, I can still pause or play the video (so the PC is clearly still running), but the display never comes back. Even if I switch the monitor to another DisplayPort on the GPU, there's still no image. I’m currently running AMD Adrenalin version 25.3.2. As far as I know, there’s no newer version available. Here are the errors I got today (April 16th): 1. Error Event Name: LiveKernelEvent Code: 141 Parameter 1: ffffbf0ebc3df010 Parameter 2: fffff80083b39760 Parameter 3: 0 Parameter 4: ffffbf0ebd60f080 OS Version: 10_0_26100 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1 OS Version (full): 10.0.26100.2.0.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1051 2. That was the day I assembled it I’d really appreciate any help at all. I’m honestly quite desperate – after 9 years, I finally built a new PC, and I’ve been having this weird issue from day one. What’s most confusing is that it only happens while watching videos (YouTube/Twitch), and never during gaming – even though I spend most of my time gaming (Arena Breakout). images: https://imgur.com/a/sYSmF2r View: https://imgur.com/a/sYSmF2r
