My current configuration
1440P
Processor - Ryzen 5 5600x
Memory - (32GB) 4x8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance
Overclocking Board - MSI B550-A Pro
Graphics Card - EVGA 2080 Super
Power Supply - Corsair Gold 650w
Enclosure - Corsair 5000D
Keyboard - Corsair K70 RGB Pro
Mouse - Corsair Scimitar
(I'm not a big fan of Corsair, but it was just a random coincidence that I mostly use their parts.)
Lately my system feels sluggish and I often need to lower settings from Ultra to Medium or Low based on the game. That's why I'm planning to assemble a new PC around March 2025. I'm certain I want a Micro ATX setup since I've moved beyond showing off RGB equipment. I just need something compact yet powerful for 1440p performance. Here are some builds I've considered. Any tips or advice to boost performance while staying within budget? The GPU placeholder is just for reference; I'm aiming for models like 5070, 5070TI, 9070, or 9070XT. Since these parts aren't currently available, I've marked them at $700. My main challenge is choosing between the Ryzen 7600x, 7700x, or 9600x/9700x. I play a wide range of titles from World of Warcraft to Black Ops 6 and several others.)

I didn't take into account the 5700X3D since I aim to switch from AM4 to AM5 for upcoming upgrades.
