Initial setup encountered numerous challenges. The Asrock B650M PG Riptide Wifi was paired with Pure Power 12M, XFX Swift 210, Thermalight Frozen prism 240 ARGB, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, and Renagde Fury SSD. Deepcool CC360 ARGB was installed. Despite thorough research through forums, websites, videos, manuals, and documentation, I still faced significant difficulties.

The product support proved extremely poor—so inadequate that I considered returning the items based on the limited guidance available. Before purchasing, I verified compatibility using pcpicker/builder, which confirmed everything was correct.

I spent considerable time exploring online resources for specific details about these products. However, the PC remained functional but stuck in POST mode. The CPU and DRAM displayed a solid red light, with no display when HDMI was connected to the GPU or motherboard. I reinstalled the CPU cooler and RAM, but the red light persisted on both components.

The case manual suggested using a jumper to clear CMOS, though it wasn’t included. I tried using a screwdriver for 8 seconds, but no improvement occurred. I also pushed the BIOS flex button on the motherboard without success. The CPU cooler’s heat sink did not show the brand name, and fans were active with RGB lighting—uncertain if BIOS settings could fix this or if there was an installation issue.

The merchant support and manual provided no clear guidance. The three-fan HUB-FAN setup raised further confusion: should I connect them to the three slots, or must I follow specific connections on the HUB? The instruction manual lacked instructions for two fans, and the merchant refused to clarify. I sought answers in videos, posts, and forums but found no helpful documentation or visuals.

Additionally, the GPU connected but showed no activity—no fans ran, and no display appeared when connecting a monitor via HDMI. All connections were checked with and without extenders to ensure wires weren’t loose. Memory was swapped around, and I tried installing it again, but the same result occurred.

I removed everything from the motherboard except power connectors, listening for beeps, but received no audio output—no speakers were activated. I attempted to troubleshoot using alternative methods, but nothing worked.

Most of the time I’m careful about keeping records, yet this proved challenging. I’m seeking specific advice or documentation to help me proceed confidently and avoid further frustration. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you sincerely.

Your mobo includes a speaker header, so you need to purchase or find an existing one to connect and enable the beep codes. Meanwhile, your CPU features integrated graphics, so begin there. You can remove all drives and the GPU, then attach your display to the mobo to check for boot issues without a boot drive. Regarding the waterblock, make sure the power connector is connected to the SYS_FAN/CPU_OPT/WATER_PUMP and the fans hub to the CPU_FAN. It seems you can skip connecting one of them to the hub if you're testing, but for verification, connect the 3 to ensure the system starts properly before attempting without it.

The cooler includes two fans and a CPU cooler. It has two connectors – a power connector with a 4-slot female plug that fits into CPU_FAN2/WP. The other cable from the CPU is connected via a 3-pin female/male connector (as shown). The setup involves linking the CPU's big male to fan1, the CPU's female to fan2, and fan2 to fan1. Finally, the 4-pin power connector is attached to the 3-slot hub, which only uses two slots; the hub's 4-pin connector then connects to CPU_FAN1. The fans operate, but the heatsink doesn't light up, raising concerns about proper CPU cooling.

Removed all parts except power connectors and the CPU cooler. Need to get a speaker to TS with beeps. No issue with copying or pasting previous replies, just clarifying the question about the WC.
