Open CPU-Z, check the Memory section. A reading of 1600MHz indicates your RAM is using the XMP profile at 3200MHz.

Restart the system and verify using TaskManager or CPU-Z, as suggested by @Plouffe. After saving in BIOS, it should function properly.
