i’m building a new pc and i’ve gotten to the very end i have everything in and it turns on but it won’t get to the boot screen. Can Anyone help?? there is a red light on the motherboard

1) Specs need to be shared completely.
2) Testing is carried out outside the box for a valid reason; doing it twice is a hassle but necessary.
