Hey everyone, I just finished installing and updating my Windows. After all the updates and driver changes, I encountered a performance issue. All apps feel slow and unresponsive, as shown in the short video. I've tried various Windows versions, removed graphics drivers, reinstalled on different SSDs, and switched to power management mode, but nothing works. Any advice would be super helpful!

It looks like files might be missing or your system is failing, preventing Steam from installing properly. The SteamUI.dll file isn’t loading, which stops some games from opening. Occasionally Chrome crashes with a warning, but after a few attempts it finally worked. I’m not sure what’s happening now.
