Just buying a budget 500w ATX PSU on eBay to try out your build or grab one without the CPU P4—no post at all. The P4 connector seems to block system startup. For flashing BIOS, an MSI B550 A Pro motherboard can do it even without a CPU, as long as the 24-pin power is connected. It looks like your CPU 4+4 pins might not be connected properly or aren’t working for some reason. I’d probably pick a cheap £15 PSU for testing.
