Someone can assist you with matching MHZ to your components. With many mobos and CPUs up to 3200 MHz, you’re in a good range. If you stay within budget, a 3200 MHz RAM is usually sufficient. Going higher isn’t necessary unless you plan to overclock beyond that point. It depends on your specific needs and budget.

They refer to enabling XMP through BIOS settings, which is straightforward—just navigate to the relevant section and adjust the settings.

Consider purchasing a motherboard with a maximum clock speed of 3200 MHz and overclocking options available, such as a 3600 MHz RAM. Also, I've observed that many CPUs only support up to 3200 MHz, like the 5800X unless the site is accurate.

Again, no need for an xmp/docp boost. If I possessed a Z-series board and a solid memory controller, I could install a 4000mhz system, even though the CPU caps at 2400mhz.
