I attempted to retrieve the MAC address using the command prompt. The online tool provided an error stating no network adapters were found, and it didn’t appear in Device Manager either. I confirmed the hidden devices setting was enabled. It seems there may be an issue with the network card. I’ll try my add-in NIC once it arrives. I’m confident it will function properly. In the worst case, I can still warranty the device since it’s only a year old. Thanks for your assistance.

It seems like you're looking at a situation that could be framed as an insurance matter, though you're open to other possibilities. Just let me know how I can assist!

Usually it functions, though there are always exceptions.
