Right after powering on, I notice a large blue rectangle with lines appearing briefly during POST. The system keeps booting normally afterward, but I suspect something’s wrong. My motherboard is an MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge Wifi, labeled as Ryzen 5000 ready—no BIOS flashing yet. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X and Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz 2x16GB RAM. I’ve included a photo of the issue. Everything else seems fine, though the build is only a day old, so there could be hidden problems. Appreciate any advice!
I don't know what you mean by hide bios boot. Here is a picture of the motherboard settings. The MPG logo does come up with the orbiting circles when booting into Windows 10. This glitch happens as the very first thing the monitor displays, followed by a very brief flashing underscore on a black screen in the top left, then the MPG logo comes up into booting. This glitch happens before I can enter motherboard settings by hitting delete. I have a video, but I'm a noob and it's 80 MB over 30 seconds. If someone can tell me how to compress it easily that may help.
The technology is no longer available, not since IBM PCs were discontinued many years ago. Only compatible systems are supported. The process involves starting with a machine that loads its operating system, then running Windows on top. The BIOS is the first component, and it varies between manufacturers. Sometimes it’s configured so the boot message disappears, leaving Windows as the primary interface. The term 'post' is frequently used to describe this appearance.
