I received a 3600 and a B450 tomahawk. I made a BIOS flash drive and updated the BIOS for the 3600. When I power it on, the LED turns on and the fan starts, but it boots up without a display showing up on my monitor. No LED lights are on for the CPU and BRAM. Can someone assist me?

Adjusted the monitor volume, but it’s prompting a reboot and asking for boot device selection or inserting media in the chosen device before pressing a key.
