New Logitech G PRO GX Blue keyboard issues?
Hi everyone,
I have recently bought a Logitech G Pro keyboard and I received it yesterday, however, it does not work. The issue is that it is not being recognized by Windows and it shows up as "
Unkown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
" in device manager. When I go into properties it shows up as
Error code 43.
LG Hub does not see it either. I have just about tried every troubleshooting step and I am going to probably send it back but there are some issues with the store I bought it from so I am still waiting on their reply and I still want to try and fix it since there is nothing better to do until they reply to me.
After looking into this thoroughly I have come up with a hypothesis that it might be an issue with the keyboards built in software as opposed to the hardware. One of the troubleshooting steps I wanted to try was updating the driver but telling Windows to look for it in LG Hub's folder, however, I seem to be missing the folder that is supposed to contain the drivers there. I have scoured the internet trying to find a direct download for the drivers but to no avail.
Has anyone had this issue with this keyboard? I have found many articles regarding this issue but none with this particular model. I think there is a good chance of fixing this by finding the right drivers, but I am completely unable to do that. Thanks in advance for any help.

If it's new, it could be faulty, or they might provide a link to the solution.... if it's a widespread issue, they should be able to assist
