Hello! I'm evaluating a new laptop for gaming needs, aiming to run League of Legends, CSGO, and more. The model I'm considering has 64 GB eMMC storage. I'm curious if that amount would comfortably hold those games, photos, and documents without feeling tight. Also, I'm thinking about upgrading to the 128 GB version but worry it might strain my budget. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!
Could it work with a standard SATA SSD? If yes, that would significantly reduce costs.
When people mention memory, they often refer to RAM. Does that 64GB include Windows? If it does, then it won’t be sufficient. Remember, storage drives typically prefer having around 20% free space; lowering it more will hurt performance. For CSGO, my drive is about 25GB, so definitely opt for 128GB. Another concern is eMMC, which seems to be the slowest type of POS drive available. What are the specifications of this device? It appears it wouldn’t even run CSGO smoothly at any practical speed.
