I assembled a fresh setup using an ASUS Rog Strix z60-G, an Intel I-7 12700 25 MB LGA 1700 ALDER LAKE 12-CORE, and four Corsair 48GB RAM sticks (total 192 GB). I copied the SSD from my Windows 10 machine along with the other drives, aiming to upgrade to Windows 11 while keeping my existing software intact. At first, the memory module failed to boot Windows 11 and displayed an error saying it wouldn't run. After a delay, I replaced the faulty module with one from ASUS and reinstalled the fans—everything now functions properly. On posting, the system freezes at a prompt asking me to enter BIOS via F1, F2, or Delete, but none of these keys respond. (It seems the keyboard isn't working either.) I attempted to flash the BIOS using the latest version from ASUS's website, but it didn't make any difference. What should I do next?

Generally, it's advised to carry out a clean installation of the operating system using a fresh Windows PC build. The link provided is specifically for Windows 10.
If I were you, I would adhere to the steps in the link you shared. I'm confident that before installing Windows 10, you'll be asked if you want to format the SSD. Be sure to follow the instructions thoroughly, especially keeping your other disks disconnected during the installation.
