-Gigabyte B650 Eagle WiFi6e -9600x 32GB silicone x DDR5 -RX 9070XT quiet Pire Power 13W 1000W new build, PC won't boot and I can't access BIOS. The red lights usually flash for 10 seconds on DRAM before switching to VGA, but the GPU is unplugged. I've tested all possible RAM stick combinations and reset CMOS multiple times. Need assistance.
Did you modify the BIOS to include Ryzen 9000 compatibility? The B650 model doesn’t natively support it out of the box.
Your motherboard is compatible with Q-Flash Plus. You can upgrade the BIOS without restarting the PC or accessing the BIOS settings. Just follow these instructions and you'll be able to update the BIOS. You only need power from your CPU and the motherboard. Of course, you can keep the CPU and RAM connected in the motherboard; it doesn't matter.
I've refreshed the bios using qflash and have a windows installation on a USB drive. I powered on the PC via the USB, and after a short time the red LEDs lit up briefly before turning off completely. The screen remains blank, and the system hasn't started properly.
