Boots immediately into W11 and displays a repeated, highly distorted login interface. Ran DDU earlier, my previous 1660 works fine under this setup. 12400f paired with an EVGA 3070ti FTW3 and 750W power supply.

It seems everything is in order. Please submit an RMA request. It’s disappointing not being able to use the card right away, but warranties are meant for this situation.
