New cpu,ram and motherboard no performance improvment in video editing?
I recently purchased a Ryzen 5 3600 with 24 GB RAM and a new motherboard for video editing in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. However, I haven’t noticed any performance gains. The rendering time remains almost unchanged, and adding more layers or effects leads to lag in previews or freezes. I didn’t reinstall Windows after updating the specs. Here are my old and new specifications. Any help?
The initial step should be to correctly set up a brand-new version of Windows instead of skipping any part.
24gb is an unusual storage capacity. What are the specifications of the DDR4 RAM? Is it included in the motherboard's RAM QVL list?

CPU-Z indicates what information it shows about your system.
I believe the RAM is set to single channel mode, which may affect your CPU performance.
