Here’s a revised version of your update:

I’ve cleaned up my CPU and GPU by removing most unnecessary software in fresh Windows 10. The CPU runs at around 28°C to 30°C during load, and about 45°C to 50°C when idle. The GPU has dropped significantly too! I used DDU, reinstalled the drivers, and downloaded Gigabyte Aorus software. After that, the GPU cooled from 50°C to 29°C and then to 56°C in Cyberpunk 2077 at its highest settings. I’m much more comfortable with these temperatures now. I also switched the fans from 20% speed to 40% around 1200 RPM—sound is fine, but going to 50% makes it much louder, so I keep the fan speed below 50%.
