New PC with an MSI 870 mag wifi motherboard isn't detecting the Ethernet connection. I've updated the BIOS, installed new drivers, but the setup still fails. The green LED lights up in the 5GbE port and works on my previous system. Any advice?
I've attempted to update the BIOS, installed new drivers, but I encounter errors and the setup fails. I've also reset the CMOS. The green and orange LEDs are active in the 5GHz Ethernet port, and the connection functions properly on my previous PC. Any assistance would be appreciated.
