Here is a rewritten version using simpler words and your original perspective:

I am using an Asus B650M-E motherboard with a 7700X processor. I have installed G.Skill Aegis RAM (32GB) at 6000MHz, and the power supply is an Antec EAG Pro 650W Gold+. The graphics card is a 1660Ti. After testing the CPU and RAM with Scorptec, they were working fine. However, every time I start my PC, it shows a message asking to reset fTPM, which I keep saying no to because I don't have BitLocker encryption on my drive.

The biggest problem is that the computer suddenly goes completely black during normal use (on day two). Even when I try to jump the power switch wires with a screwdriver, it does not come back on. I was away for three days, so it worked again! Sadly, it shuts down just 3-5 seconds after the fTPM reset fails, giving no response at all to any power-on attempts.

Four days later, everything started working perfectly. I left my PC alone for half a day, put it to sleep, and came back an hour later. The computer had shut down while sleeping, but this time it kept going and worked normally (using Discord and the browser) until now.

Waited four more days... eventually, everything booted all the way up again. I set my BIOS to default settings and touched nothing else. Then, I made sure to load Windows, checked all power and sleep options carefully (like checking "max performance plan" and disabling sleep or hibernate), and ran a few commands in Command Prompt: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, sfc /scannow, and installed new Windows updates. Finally, I restarted my computer.

Once again, it shut down 3-5 seconds after rejecting the fTPM reset and refuses to turn on now. To be sure, I tried different things with all peripherals unplugged:
* Placed one memory stick in one slot only, checking every single slot one by one, with five-to-ten-minute breaks between trying each memory stick.
* Held the power button down for a full minute.
* Reseated the CPU and made sure there were no bent pins.
* Applied more thermal paste to the motherboard.
* Reseated the motherboard's main power plug (x2).
* Reseated my graphics card.
* Tried flashing my BIOS using a USB key (the manual said to follow steps carefully, but I'm still confused why it shuts down specifically after rejecting fTPM).

I am very confused about this because if a computer just refuses to turn on or shut down after the fTPM reset, that sounds like a software problem. But since there is no power at all afterward, it might actually be the power supply's fault. I would really appreciate any insights from people who have had similar issues before, or advice on how to fix my three-month-long trouble.

If you don't use encryption, try telling it to accept the FTPM change and see what happens. TPM stands for trusted platform module, which means safety. Ftpm is AMD's software version of a TPM module. So maybe your computer is turning off because it thinks something is wrong about security stuff.

I ran my power supply tester and found it broken. When I bought a new 850W one, everything started working after I hit the FTPM button! Even though I keep wondering why that screen shows up every time I turn on things, I decided not to worry about it since clicking that one key isn't hard at all.
