The computer was powered on, but there was no display signal and neither the mouse nor keyboard was active. After 30 to 45 seconds, both the mouse and keyboard lit up, and the display transitioned from sleep to active mode. Within a few seconds, the "ASUS" logo appeared and everything resumed normal operation. This is the first time I've encountered this issue, please assist.

I see a few options:
1. If your RAM details in the BIOS don't match, the motherboard will attempt to identify compatible specs.
2. If you have unused adapters, there might be a pause while the motherboard checks for them.
3. Certain motherboards include a feature to test RAM during startup.

To reduce the suspect list, it seems the CPU has an IGP. Remove the GPU and connect to the motherboard. If no assistance is needed, use just one stick of RAM. If further help isn't available, unplug the disk.

RAM specifications are confirmed fully functional in both BIOS and Windows (CPU-ID).
No adapters were used.
Attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful; iGPU remains disabled in BIOS, and no further changes were made.
Continuing to experience the same problem...

Updates on my attempts:
-I checked all cables from the Power Supply to the rest of the system and everything seems connected correctly;
-I can't test a different CPU or RAM right now, but I discovered an issue:
B650E-F GAMING WIFI slow boot time with EXPO enabled
Configuration: MB: Asus ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 RAM: G.SKILL Flare X5 F5-5600J3636D32GX2-FX5
After turning on the AMD EXPO profile, boot time rises to 1.5 minutes until the desktop loads. It takes about a minute for the PC to get POST (until then it shows a black screen). When...

I hope this assists others, I plan to try it soon and provide further details.

When setting up an AMD system, choose RAM that is specifically EXPO and avoid XMP or XMP/EXPO profiles since they can lead to problems. I changed my G.SKILL Ripjaws S5 to a G.SKILL Flare X5 because of this issue.

You were experiencing problems with time until post due to your RAM? (confirming your understanding)
