Hello everyone.
I have assembled a brand new computer for my nephew. Essentially, every component is original.
Yet, when I begin the PC, strange things occur:
The screen goes black. The VGA LED turns white and the BOOT LED lights up with a white-yellow glow, staying on continuously.

PC Specifications:
- MOBO: Asus TUF Gaming B650-E WIFI
- CPU: Ryzen 5 7500F
- GPU: 16GB XFX Radeon RX 6800 SSWFT 319
- RAM: Patriot Viper Venom 2 x 16GB 6000CL30
- Cooler: Arctic Freezer 36
- PSU: Be Quiet Pure Power 11 700W

I have been working on fixing the issue for over seven hours without success. I also reset the CMOS and reinserted all components multiple times. The screen is connected through HDMI, but I attempted to use another HDMI display as well, without success. The display does not use DPI. All fans are active and the RGB lighting functions properly.

Thank you in advance.

check if the hdmi is linked to the graphics card, not the motherboard. use the flashback function to refresh the motherboard's bios.
