I built my very first PC. When I tried to put Windows 11 on it from an extra DVD, the computer didn't see the drivers. My board is a Asus ROG Hero Maximus with a CPU in the 13th generation that looks like an i9. Is there a special setting inside the BIOS menu where I need to go? Also, reading online said I need internet access to download Windows. How can I get that connection if my computer has no operating system on it yet?

Welcome to the forum, new person! You should use a donor system to make your bootable USB installer. For this, you need the Windows media Creation Tools (specifically Create Windows 11 Installation Media) and a USB drive that is at least 8GB in size.

Thanks for all the patience with this build, it took me forever but I've learned so much!
