I assembled a fresh PC this week:
Asus Rog Strix B650-A WiFi
AMD Ryzen 7800X3D
Asus Tuf 4080 super
Corsair vengeance 32gb 6000hz DDR5 RAM
EVGA 1000GQ PSU
Despite that, I'm facing problems with the build. After installing Windows and updating graphics drivers, I still experience frequent stuttering—whether I'm idle or using web browsers.
🙁
I've tried resetting to defaults in BIOS, toggling the expo switch on and off, and running a driver cleanse with Display Driver Cleaner. Still stuck.
I was really looking forward to getting my new PC working smoothly, but these issues have left me frustrated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and I'll share any details needed.
I've also kept an eye on temperatures, which are normal, so overheating isn't a concern.

Have you verified that the latest chipset drivers were downloaded from the Asus website? I understand you mentioned installing Windows, but how did you proceed? Consider testing with a different amount of RAM. Observe any differences.

Extract the graphics card while resolving the problems. Utilize the iGPU and verify connecting the monitor via the motherboard video port. Check if the same issues persist. If yes, return here. ;P

Add more to the other posters by turning off hardware GPU scheduling. Check if it improves the situation.

I attempted to update the chipset and used only one stick, but didn't get any results.

I removed the Radeon graphics from the CPU and everything worked initially. After reinserting the card, I ran an OC test which failed after 10 seconds. I then performed another test, and the PC restarted, resulting in no display signal on the monitors.

I've noticed multiple updates about driver changes. Did this version come from a fresh OS installation, or are you attempting to leverage an earlier Windows setup?

These are the white lines that appear when the computer starts up, either disappearing after a short time or altering when a window is opened.
