Your B2 could actually be A1 and there might be some mix-up. Likely it's an RMA. If it's new enough, it might even be covered under store warranty, so you won't need to ship it to China.

It might be A1, but fully replace the CPU since the cooler mount could be faulty. Also, inspect the pins and check for any bent components.

Once I repositioned the CPU, the problem continued. Even after that, neither the A1 nor B1 slots functioned. It seems A2/B2 might be the next step—reach out to the manufacturers.
