New build experiencing random "Red Light" boot problems.
Sorry if this has been talked about before, but I’m facing a problem I’ve never seen before while working on PC builds.

NVidia RTX 4070 Founders

Initially, the machine boots fine. If it fails to start, it freezes at the red light and I have to force restart for it to proceed. Once in BIOS, I usually see a failed to start warning and exit it. About 95% of the time it clears the check before booting, allowing normal operation for hours. Occasionally it stalls again around 60% of the time, but sometimes it works without problems.
I still think myself a beginner in PC building, but I always wondered if a hardware problem—like with the processor—would prevent it from starting smoothly until the next attempt.
