New build using Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX Z790, RTX 4070 FE and i5-13600K processor.
The system starts up, fans and GPU whir, but no display appears through the GPU or Mobo. I used a Dell S2721DGF from a previous build that worked well on a 2060.
I've attempted to clear CMOS, verified all cable connections, etc.
Am I missing something?

Rest of build:
Trident Z DDR5 6000
Samsung 990 Pro
Fractal Celsius+ S24 AIO
Super Flower Leadex VII XG 1000W

Did you take out the 4070 FE while using the motherboard DP connector?

I didn't do it, but I'll attempt it later today once I'm back. If it functions and the OS installs properly, what might be affecting the GPU's performance? Are the drivers the issue or something else?

Currently unclear. It seems that if you say "no display," it might mean you can't access the BIOS via the Delete key during startup.

Correct. The monitor functions properly, but it fails to show the boot logo and similar details. I can adjust the monitor settings myself, confirming it works. I verified the source settings as well. I plan to remove the GPU and rely on the built-in graphics with a different DP cable, since this issue hasn't occurred before during setup.

It turns out the old screen I had was malfunctioning while being moved. I connected a fresh one and everything functioned correctly. Thanks, everyone.
