Try
MemTest
like I mentioned. Those would be unusual signs of a motherboard or CPU issue, wouldn't you think?

I have now tested a new memory that works with the motherboard
G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 32GB DDR5 6000MHz AMD EXPO Desktop Memory for Gaming.
Installed Steam and encountered the same problem, so I had to perform a system restore to return to Windows.
Updated the BIOS to the latest version. The motherboard has the latest driver.
Ran MEM TEST and everything is fine.
Also ran OCCT and it worked properly.

Checking for recent files in C:\Windows\Minidump or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Preparing to upload any found files to a cloud storage platform like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox, and will provide access links.

Hi mate
I tried a different approach. I updated my GFX card using the AMD Adrenaline app instead of the Gigabyte control center. Then I installed Steam and removed it from the startup process. Restarting the PC a couple of times seemed to help. Now I'm installing a game to check if that works too.

By default, avoid installing any control software from vendors. If installation is necessary, remove it after completion. Brands like MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, ASRock perform subpar work on their in-house software, making it generally wise to steer clear. Whenever feasible, obtain drivers and updates directly from the device manufacturer. Only use direct downloads from vendors for essential components such as chipset or controller drivers when required.
