Are you asking if the 8-pin connectors on the adapter with the GPU aren't rated for 300W each, leading to three instead of two? And regarding PCIe, could you clarify if you meant a different term for the ports labeled as CPU/PCIe power? Would using a more precise wording help?

The adapter provided with the GPU is a PCIe to 12VHPWR adapter with 8-pin PCIe, rated for 150W. This meets actual industry standards, whereas the plugs on the PSU side vary according to each manufacturer's choice. Seasonic, for instance, uses the same connector on both ends of their 12VHPWR cables. When discussing PSU connectors, it's usually unnecessary to specify what plug fits into the PSU since every maker handles it differently. It would be great if they could standardize the PSU side connectors, though I'm skeptical about that ever happening.

Following the replacement of the CMOS battery, the system appears to retain settings and completes POST more rapidly, suggesting the shipped battery was faulty. After inspecting the wiring, I found that one fan controller had been partially unplugged, which, combined with the new battery, resolved the restart problem. I re-enabled the VGA light once, and a restart then fixed it, so I’ll monitor it while completing other tasks. A higher wattage PSU is expected soon. I’m still facing some challenges installing Windows 11, but I’m continuing to work on it and believe this isn’t covered here. Thanks for your assistance!

A few more questions are fine. Win11 installation guide: https://forums. Remark: Beyond that resource, I lack experience with software problems as my expertise lies in hardware and related matters. Therefore, if you have other concerns outside this guide, it would be better to create a new discussion in the Win11 subforum.

Will do thanks man!
Is there a method to label these forum posts as resolved, or is it unnecessary?
