I reviewed the guide about OCing mentioned and wanted advice on whether my current OC is suitable or if I should push further or adjust my approach.

Your temperature looks fine and if your GPU permits, attempt to increase it further. Make gradual changes and record each consistent reading, adjust slightly and aim for the most stable clocks while maintaining a reasonable temperature.
