New at building gaming PC (Asking for help)
Recently I thought about getting a pre-built PC but I been told about how it's better to build one and that it's cheaper. Soo I decided to start thinking about building one. However I don't know what parts to get for it. I mean literally everything. I have seen a couple of YouTube tutorials on how to build one but not how to find the correct parts. I'm completely brain dead about this and completely new. If anyone knows a link for a step by step video or guide on how to find the correct parts that would be really useful. Or if anyone has any suggestions for what parts I can use? I would love to hear any build ideas from anyone. My current budget is $1,500 USD. I have been told I can get something good out of that instead of buying something overpriced that won't be as good as what I paid.

Yes, i'm good with hands and following step by step.
1. I currently have a monitor but I plan on passing this down to a younger sibling of my mine, So I plan on buying a new one. So to keep it short, I don't have a monitor, but I'll buy a monitor. Not sure what type though.
2. I don't have one nearby me, The nearest one would be 2-3 hours away. Which would be in Tustin for me.
3. Thanks for showing me this layout. The budget is smaller than I thought it would be. Besides taxes, and overall payment.

This text is a stream-of-consciousness response regarding graphics cards, specifically Intel and NVIDIA GPUs. The author initially favors Intel due to its historical dominance in 1080p gaming, but then acknowledges that at higher resolutions like 1440p, the performance differences between Intel and NVIDIA have become negligible. They ultimately express reluctance to recommend Intel due to a need to return to work, implying a lack of confidence in their current assessment. The text also includes a YouTube link as an aside.
