New AM5 board fails to power on, only CPU and memory LEDs illuminate
I developed a new setup using some existing parts. The CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X at 4.7GHz with an AM5 socket. The motherboard is an Asrock B650-HDV/M.2. RAM includes 32GB of 6000MHz DDR5 memory from Kingston Fury Beast CL36 (2x16GB). There are only two LEDs on the board: one for the CPU and another for the DRAM. We assembled everything ourselves, focusing on the processor section carefully. The RAM slots were correctly aligned, and we waited about 30 minutes before resetting the BIOS. To troubleshoot, I tried placing a RAM stick in both slots for several minutes and shuffling the modules. Unfortunately, I couldn't swap the RAM. This is my first DDR5 or AM5 system, and there are no spare parts available. Only two components from the old system remain functional: the VGA output and the SSD.
