I purchased the Arctic Liquid Freezer 280mm for my PC setup. I'm curious if there are any specific details I should know about the temperature fluctuations you're experiencing while idle or during light activities like watching YouTube. Also, I tested it under load and got around 75-83°C at 250W, but idle temps range from 34-38°C. What could be causing this difference?

When temperatures stay moderate during operation, everything runs smoothly. Your pump and fans won’t be on all the time unless the workload increases. They adjust their speed according to CPU temperature, so you can tweak the settings if needed—using software or BIOS options—but this won’t affect performance.

As long as it stays below 90-95°C during stress tests or intense gaming, it should be okay. If idle temperatures are an issue, increase the pump speed curve in BIOS. This should lower temperatures by a few degrees without extra fan noise.

It's a bit unclear, but you're asking about the temperature around 40-55°C while watching Ninja Guys on YouTube. Could you clarify what you mean? Are you referring to the room temperature, your device's heat, or something else?

Avoid the CPU when it reaches 55°C. If the temperature drops below 90°C during heavy use, it's okay.
