Check the ISP gateway independently to determine if a direct client connection resolves the issue.

Can you show your current network diagram? You generally can't connect to routers to a switch like that. In a single router small business setup like this I'd try to plug everything into the Omada, and troubleshoot what the issue is here. Did you mkae this diagram or ai? How are the PCs going to connect to the TrueNAS box? What will the routing look like? Why are the vlans the sanem number? What subnets are being used here? From your knowledge and the setsup here A big l2 here is simple and should work fine.

I connected all my gadgets through policy routing using IP groups. I assigned Isp 1 specifically for TrueNas Storage, Isp 2 for the remaining devices, and the third as a backup.

You don’t require external access to the TrueNAS unit. The setup involves a straightforward configuration process.

We aren't planning remote access at the moment, but if we do in the future we might use Tailscale. Currently I'm struggling to set up JDownloader2 on it. Truenas has a companion app for JDownloader2, and I can view its storage via MyJDownloader, but the downloads keep failing with "Invalid Downloads" — likely due to permission problems.
