Hi, you're using a WRT 32X Linksys router with 400Mbps Xfinity internet. Your speed tests via the router IP show much higher performance—520Mbps download and 12Mbps upload—while external tests like Google or Speedtest.net return only around 120Mbps and 5Mbps respectively. Plugging it directly into your modem gives consistent strong results. What’s happening is likely related to how the router manages bandwidth or interference, but the discrepancy between internal and external testing suggests a possible configuration or network issue.

Check if the QoS feature is activated on the router. This is frequently the cause of the problem.
