Home network configuration =/= apartment setup Several concerns: Are you a small ISP or merely attempting to resell/distribute one internet connection? Do you have authorization from the ISP for this action? Certain ISPs prohibit such usage in their home plans. Are all units in the apartment on equal levels? Can you extend Ethernet to every unit? Ultimately, do you need bandwidth management?

If 26 users connect to a 100Mbps link simultaneously (with the expectation they won’t exceed one device per person), you’re looking at roughly 4Mbps per link—modest. Picture only five users streaming Netflix at once. What budget do you have? You’ll need a robust firewall solution (consider pfSense), plus the capacity to assign each apartment its own VLAN or isolated network for privacy. A managed switch with sufficient ports will be essential. From there, you can deploy gigabit Ethernet to each apartment unit.

Seems like OP is the landlord or owner of this place and some ISPs provide a shared connection to apartments. We have these here in UK and they're not the best, a friend of mine lives in one apartment and they get roughly 10Mbps download. Edited February 16, 2021 by Sir Asvald Incorrect word

It's typical for a single home internet connection in the United States.
