I attempted to push the CPU to 4.4 GHz, and the video performed well with only slightly high temperatures. I now require a more powerful CPU cooler, though finding one might be challenging for me.

Without pushing the clock speed, 30°C when idle and 50-60°C under load seem okay. But I think they could use a bit more cooling when active. Idle at 45°C and load at 60-75°C would be ideal.

Avoid purchasing thermal paste, you should be okay. Just refrain from overclocking further.
