Unfortunately, I'm running out of fresh ideas right now. Also, I haven't used a RAM kit with Ryzen above 3200. However, focusing on timing improvements now might give you comparable or even better results instead of chasing 3600. I've tested my 3466 on 3434 (clock speed 101) with CL16, which performs better than the 3466 CL16. You could try something similar, just adjusting the BCLK if needed.
