BTW, OP, I'm using a Ryzen 3600X and RTX3060ti on an ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 without any problems. That doesn't guarantee support for the 3070ti, but it seems reasonable to assume most RTX3xxx models work well. It's likely MSI is encouraging purchases of their more costly boards if you're aiming for a better GPU. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M-HDV R4.0/index.asp I believe I spent about $75 on Amazon a couple of weeks ago.
