The PC is not functioning properly right now. While we fix the issue, can we connect his drives (SATA SSD and HDD) to my computer and see if he boots from his original drives instead of needing a full reinstall? Would using these drives pose any risk to the data stored on them? (Includes one M.2 and two SATA SSDs in RAID).

You're welcome to give it a shot. But if you encounter blue screens or instability, a reinstall is advised. Make sure to disconnect your drives first.
