While playing these titles, my system experiences this issue. Temperatures stay near 70°C most of the time. Stress tests show no problems with games like Counter Strike 2, Fortnite, or The Outer Wilds, but not with Enshrouded, Operation Harsh Doorstop, or The Finals. No clear reason identified yet.

This motherboard and CPU pairing doesn't seem to fit, isn't it? It might relate to the B660 or B760 model. The exact kit model isn't clear yet. There appears to be a memory concern, particularly with the speed rating. Running stress tests like MemTest86 could help, but based on my experience with 13th gen systems, TestMem5 with the 1usmus_v3 preset is likely more effective for detecting issues.

The RAM package isn't fast enough to cause instability from high frequency, making that less probable. It's still a good idea to verify memory consistency. Other potential causes include an outdated BIOS version, a failing power supply unit, or a defective CPU. A faulty CPU is improbable here since the model is a 13700KF, though several 13th generation issues are circulating and could be responsible—typically manifesting as sporadic crashes rather than complete shutdowns. A bad PSU might lead to unpredictable restarts like this, possibly due to combined stress from CPU and graphics workloads. Outdated BIOS revisions can also be a factor; sometimes manufacturers release updates to address recurring problems, and upgrading could resolve the issue or even revert it if you're on the latest version.

Thanks in advance! Also, it's worth mentioning that the CPU fans begin to increase to full speed during a shutdown.
