It's not related to the driver. The problem lies with the BIOS. I'm unable to even show the BIOS splash screen because the current version doesn't recognize the new GPU—it's too old. Multiple discussions on various forums agree that this can only be fixed by updating the BIOS.

Problem likely stems from RX570 needing UEFI BIOS support that the board lacks. Not related to a driver issue.

Organized everything. Ended up using a different motherboard that was known to be faulty—I'd spent days fixing this one before!—and it worked fine. I didn’t even realize it. PCs can be tricky, you know.
