Need your PC to reach 100°C?
Your CPU operates at 100°C and should shut down automatically when overheating. Have you verified that your AIO pump cable and fan cables are properly connected? If not, you might have accidentally linked the AIO cable to a fan header or vice versa.
Your motherboard is a GIGABYTE B760 Gaming X AX DDR4. Check the manual for the correct placement instructions.
Ok, didn't know that. I believe everything is plugged in, just not sure if they are in the right spot I think I did
Reviewed your motherboard manual. It appears in certain screenshots and the provided link https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/M...bfcc26f00f
What's the arrangement? I've got four fans—two inside the case and two on the airflow unit. The fan from the airflow unit is the one you're using now.
I’m interpreting that you want to connect the AIO pump cable from the AIO itself. Place it in the only pump header on your motherboard located at the bottom, which is selected in the text you provided. The two case fans should be connected to any of the channel fan headers listed under SYS_fan in your manual or screenshot. For the two CPU fans, use both CPU_OPT and CPU_FAN settings.
To confirm, there are two cables from the pump—one labeled as the pump cable and another as RGB. Your motherboard has an RGB header, located near the CPU fan header in the manual. The RGB cable connector is significantly smaller and won’t fit into the pump or fan connector.
