I face a frustrating issue with my keyboard. It suddenly stops when I connect the AMP to the USB port. I've updated drivers, tested other ports, and adjusted settings in Windows, but it still doesn't work. My mouse functions normally, though it sometimes fails, but plugging it in fixes the problem. The NUM-lock LED stays lit even when the keyboard isn't responding, yet no keys are pressed. Removing the AMP restores functionality. CPU details, RAM, storage, and OS are all listed—thank you for your assistance!

I might assume a power struggle is at play. Try testing the Behringer with a powered USB hub. If that fails, I'd likely opt for a PCI-E USB card—after all, having some separation could hint at deeper compatibility problems. For clarity, understanding the USB device categories (2.0, 3.0, etc.) could be useful.
