Hi, I faced some issues with the AC black flag on the UPLAY launcher. I tried reinstalling the game hoping it would fix the problems, assuming the cloud backups would help recover my saves. But after reinstalling everything, my save file disappeared completely and isn’t available for recovery. I managed to load most of the islands and had a lot of content, but I’m really disappointed since I’ve spent about 30 hours playing just to collect everything. I’m pretty worried about getting a save file back if anyone knows how. This is definitely not what I expected for the game "Sugar cane and its yields." Thanks!

It's happened to me too—I saved my work but still lost 15 hours of progress. It was during the final mission, and now I can't feel like playing anymore because of it.

Absolutely, the same applies to my debate—choose to repeat or skip for a new challenge.
