It alerts you about overlapping traffic paths, but this issue only arises when all SATA connections are active.

There are two M.2 slots available. The top slot is M.2_1 and the bottom is M.2_2. Using a SATA M.2 device in M.2_1 will block SATA port 1 since it consumes its bandwidth, but M.2_2 blocks ports 5 and 6 to support NVMe performance. Ports 1 through 4 stay functional unless another SATA device is connected in M.2_1, after which ports 2-4 remain usable. In short, insert your Samsung Evo into the top slot and any Barracuda into a SATA port—no issues expected.
